Disclaimer:
1. Please be as specific and detailed as you can in your requests, and I’d very much prefer at least 1-3 references such as a full reference image (Ideally with color) of the character, or an image of poses you have in mind unless they’re a fictional character I can just google of course.This isn’t necessary for me to take your commission, HOWEVER, depending on the amount of additional work I’d have to put in to come up with the finer details, I’ll charge an extra fee as a result.(Note: You’re free to find references at any point until I finish sketching and flat colors as long as it’s communicated with me during the transaction or early into sketching, so if you don’t have one at first, don’t sweat it!)2. I only understand English, so for people whose native language isn’t English, please try to work with me to prevent any miscommunication or misunderstandings!3. I’m an INCREDIBLY new commissioner, and I’m also a person so please be respectful! Being rude, inappropriate, non-constructive or otherwise an unpleasant person to work with may cause me to blacklist you and or cancellation of your commission.4. If you wish for your commission to be private (As in you wish for me not to share it anywhere or stream the process), then that’s perfectly fine, as long as you express this to me upfront, and maintain silence on your end too! Otherwise, I’ll charge a small fee, same for more large-scale projects depending on size.5. I’ll contact you to get more details of your commission and work out the total price of everything, this also doubles as me confirming your commission slot, so please wait for me to reach out first!6. You are NOT to issue a chargeback for any reason at all! If something arises regarding payment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue, otherwise you’ll be blocklisted!7. I reserve the right to make artistic changes to your request based on my style, such as changing certain colors or editing additional design aspects if I deem it necessary unless otherwise discussed. If there is a certain element of your commission you wish to be as accurate as possible, please make sure to note this in your request!

Copyright and Commercial Usage! 1. Commissions are to be used for personal usage ONLY unless explicitly stated to me upfront. If you wish to use your commission for commercial usage, then the original price will increase by a minimum of 100%, though I reserve the right to charge more if necessary.(Commercial Usage includes but isn’t limited to: Reproducing and selling my work publicly or privately / profiting from a platform where my work is posted such as Patreon, Youtube, Twitch, Personal Sites, ETC)2. You are NOT allowed to claim my work as your own by any means, however, reposting and sharing is fine as long as I’m credited! (@ameshirooo on twitter/bsky / wubbaboo_ on discord are my main socials!)3. I own all rights to the work produced, and under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCES are you allowed to use my work in any type of AI engines, NFT, cryptocurrencies, training algorithms, or any future inventions in their respective fields.4. I reserve the rights to sign and or watermark all of my work, and under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this signature and or watermark to be removed or tampered with.5. I retain all copyright over my work including fanart commissions, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce and use the image to display as a sample for self promotion unless agreed upon otherwise. For public commissions, I also hold the right to do whatever I please with the work, however, proper credit will be given to you as ownership of the character used.6. In the case of a character design commission, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership has been transferred to you at the end of the transaction.

Payment, Fees & Refunds! Payment:
1. I ONLY take payments through Paypal in USD!(Note: In the case of currency conversions, you’ll have to be responsible for that!)2. DO NOT initiate any transactions with me! To avoid any mixups in terms of payment, I’ll be the one who sends the invoice AFTER I’ve confirmed that I’m able to take your commission and have the total price of everything.3. Any payment errors that occur due to mistakes on your end over the course of the transaction are not my responsibility, nor am I liable to compensate you for them.3. I must receive at LEAST 50% of the total price UPFRONT before I begin sketching! Afterwards, once the sketch has been approved or after the 3rd revision, the rest of the payment MUST be made before I continue with the commission.(Note: If it's more convenient, we can discuss other payment options that fit into this category, such as 65%/35%, 55%/45% or a full 100% upfront. In the event that we have alternative payment plan however, once I start the commission I will NOT refund any payments made if you choose to back out of that payment plan.)4. Once I send the invoice, you have 48 hours to reply or else I’ll have to cancel your commission if there is no communication. If this happens repeatedly, I’ll have to blacklist you!(Note: I’m perfectly fine with extending the period as financial/life issues arise for everyone, but you must communicate with me about them as soon as possible, ideally within the day!)Refunds:
1. You are to contact me first if you need to cancel a commission for ANY means!2. In the event that you need to refund and I haven’t begun drawing yet, I’ll refund 100% of the total amount given that we discuss it prior and I confirm it.3. If you have to refund after paying the initial 50% but before I’ve completed the sketch, then you may be refunded 80% of what was paid.4. In the event that I decide that I no longer wish to work on your commission at any point, then I’ll refund 100% of the paid amount, HOWEVER, if the reason for cancellation is due to poor behavior or lack of communication on your end, then I’ll keep 50% of the paid amount on refunding.5. After you have confirmed the first draft sketch, refunds past this point will only be 50% of what was paid. After the sketch has been completed however, NO MORE REFUNDS will be given!Fees:
Fees will be added as I deem necessary, and some fees will be added onto one of the two payments, while others will have to be paid upfront in order for me to continue the commission. Upfront fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!While any type of harassment over these fees will not be tolerated and will lead to cancellation of your project and blacklisting, I’m more than willing to discuss and clarify any concerns or questions about them!NDA Fee (In the case that the project is large or I’m not informed prior to calculating full price) - +5% of total price.
The NDA Fee will be added to the first payment’s total price if told beforehand, otherwise must be paid upfront.Additional Detail Fee +5% -> +15% of total price depending on amount of additional work necessary
The Additional Detail fee will be added to the first payment’s total price.Rush Fee: +25% -> +40% of total price depending on level of urgency.
The Rush Fee will be added to the first payment’s total price if told beforehand, otherwise must be paid upfront.Additional Revision Fee: +10% -> +30% of total price per depending on every additional revision.
The Additional Revision Fee must be paid upfront for every revision requested.

Queues, Work Speed & Deadlines! 1. Usually, I’ll respond to your order within 1-3 days through DM or through text for more confirmation.2. I take about 3-5 weeks to finish an artwork, with additional time taken on larger projects. Asking for periodic updates is more than welcome, but please respect my work flow. Continuously asking for updates and sending reminders in an untimely manner will result in your request being ignored.3. In the event that you have an urgent deadline for a work or a project, please let me know BEFORE I begin drawing! I’m not responsible for any missed deadlines as a result of poor communication, and I reserve the right to decline commissions with too tight of a deadline depending on the request.4. I can give a general estimated finish date if requested, but keep in mind that the actual work may be finished before or after the estimated date.5. I work spontaneously, so depending on the level of complexity and time requirements I may work on commissions in different orders than I receive them, though I’ll notify you of any delays that occur on your project.

Process, Revisions and W.I.P's! 1. Once I’ve received the first payment, I’ll begin the drafting/sketching process which includes composition, posing as well as potentially some early color and mood concepts based on your order.2. During the initial drafting/sketching phase, you are allowed to make 4 major revisions before incurring a fee. (Ex. Changing background or composition, major posing or character changes, major mood or color changes), after this, you are only allowed to make minor adjustments within reason, with every 2 minor adjustments equalling 1 major revision.(Note: You’re free to ask what type of change counts as a minor or a major revision whenever! I won’t charge for revisions unless you’re 100% set in stone that this is a change you want to make, and certain things such as asking for a small color change may not be considered a minor revision at all depending, so don’t hesitate to ask!)3. After confirming the sketch and receiving the final payment, I’ll begin to work on the final product, during which you can make 2 major revisions before incurring a fee.4. I will send one guaranteed watermarked W.I.P of the initial concept sketch during which you can provide feedback, suggest changes, etc.
Once the sketch is confirmed, then I will begin sending W.I.P’s as I see fit. As the client, you can request W.I.P’s at any time as long as they’re realistically spaced out! (One request every 3-5 would be ideal, just so it doesn’t become a hindrance to the project. ^^)5. I’ll request feedback / comments for every W.I.P to ensure satisfaction, so if I receive no feedback or suggestions are given, I’m not at fault for dissatisfaction.6. After the work is complete, should any elements be inaccurate or missing by my fault, (such as me overlooking details in the order) then minor changes such as color adjustments or small details are perfectly fine!7. Once the final piece is completed and has been confirmed, I’ll send you the full watermarked PNG in DMs / Email depending on how we’ve been communicating thus far.8. You’re free to give any thoughts you have about the work or our transaction once the final piece is finished to me in DMs given that they’re respectful and appropriate, I’d love to hear how you felt and hear any ways I could improve! ദ്ദി( ˶•̀ ᗜ •́ ˶)
